Theresa Pucher is a communication specialist. As a qualified business economist, trained and experienced project manager and consultant in marketing and communications, she combines entrepreneurial thinking, holistic understanding, and a systemic, structured approach with her innermost motivation of keeping the human element at the forefront of all decisions and implementations.

Theresa’s passion lies in supporting companies during challenging times by understanding their problems in relation to the most fundamental human needs and the understanding of each other within the work environment. She helps organizations transition to new processes, structures, and mindsets.

She firmly believes that innovation and constant change are essential components for success in today’s dynamic market. However, fear and consequently a high aversion to adaptation or change are inherent in human nature, often leading to a cycle of stagnation within people and systems.

With her knowledge and tools, she coaches companies in transformation phases, particularly in situations such as management changes, generational issues, and (team) restructuring or tech based changes, to seize growth opportunities and successfully guide employees and organizations into a new phase.
